Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste: Hauptsächlich beantwortest Du ihre Anliegen schriftlich per E-Mail und Live-Chat. Wenn nötig, unterstützt Du unsere Gäste auch telefonisch
  • Du berätst unsere Gäste rund um ihren Besuch bei Slick City und beantwortest Fragen zu unseren Angeboten, Produkten und Abläufen – freundlich, schnell und lösungsorientiert
  • Du arbeitest mit unserem Chatbot und unterstützt dabei, dass Gäste schnell die richtigen Informationen bekommen
  • Reklamationen oder Beschwerden nimmst Du freundlich und gästeorientiert auf
  • Du packst mit an: neben dem Guest Support unterstützt Du unser Team auch bei Lager, Verpackung und Versand. Dazu gehört ganz konkret auch das Zusammenstellen, Verpacken und Versenden von Bestellungen und Paketen
  • bei saisonalen Aktionen und Sonderprojekten unterstützt Du das Team
  • Du bist also nicht nur am Schreibtisch: Bei uns gehören auch praktische Aufgaben und körperliches Anpacken zum Job

Wir suchen für unser Guest Support-Team am Standort Hamburg-Poppenbüttel (Poppenbütteler Bogen 46, 22399 Hamburg)

Dein Profil

  • Du bist kommunikativ und hast Spaß daran, mit unseren Gästen per Mail und Live-Chat zu kommunizieren – und greifst bei Bedarf auch gerne zum Telefon
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine ausgeprägte Servicementalität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit aus und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • der sichere Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket ist kein Problem für Dich
  • die deutsche Sprache beherrschst Du einwandfrei in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst optimalerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Call Center, im Kundenservice oder in der Gästebetreuung mit
  • Dein Mindestalter: 18 Jahre
