Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung & Umsetzung: Als Sparringspartner:in unserer Kunden analysierst du zentrale Herausforderungen rund um KI und Digitalisierung und setzt eigenständig Lösungen um
  • Produktgestaltung: Du holst Nutzer-Feedback ein, übersetzt Anforderungen in konkrete Features und bringst deine Insights direkt in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform ein. Gemeinsam mit dem Dev-Team planst du Releases und setzt neue Funktionen um.
  • Kommunikation & Koordination: Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Entwicklung und Vertrieb behältst du den Überblick, moderierst Abstimmungen und priorisierst Aufgaben mit klarem Taskmanagement.
  • Projektverantwortung: Von der ersten Idee über Strategie bis zum Rollout – du begleitest Projekte ganzheitlich

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – alternativ: relevante Praxiserfahrung, auch als Quereinsteiger:in mit digitalem Mindset
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in datengetriebenen Projekten oder Digitalisierungsinitiativen (z. B. Praktikum, Consulting, Werkstudententätigkeit oder Start-up)
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban o. ä.)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
  • Spaß an Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen, große Neugier und Lernbereitschaft
  • Begeisterung für KI und Digitalisierung sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Einfühlungsvermögen und echte Teamplayer-Mentalität

Big Plus – kein Muss:

  • Erste Einblicke in Product Ownership und/oder Beratungsprojekte
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Azure
