Das ist deine Mission

Bei uns bist du ab Tag 1 Teil eines Projektteams und begleitest KI-Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum Rollout bei unseren Kund:innen aus dem Mittelstand:

  • Du lernst, wie man zentrale Herausforderungen rund um KI und Digitalisierung analysiert und Unternehmen bei der Konzeption moderner Lösungen begleitet.
  • Du unterstützt aktiv in der Produktgestaltung unserer eigenen KI-Plattform: Du hilfst dabei, Nutzer-Feedback einzuholen, Anforderungen in konkrete Features zu übersetzen und arbeitest beim Release-Management eng mit unserem Dev-Team zusammen.
  • Du begleitest unsere erfahrenen Consultants an der wichtigen Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Entwicklung und Vertrieb und lernst agiles Task- und Projektmanagement aus erster Hand kennen.

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Begeisterung für technologische Trends, Künstliche Intelligenz und agile Produktentwicklung (z.B. Scrum).
  • Eine strukturierte, analytische Denkweise sowie ein gutes Gespür für nutzerzentriertes Arbeiten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Spaß daran, zwischen technischen (Dev-Team) und betriebswirtschaftlichen (Kund:innen/Vertrieb) Themen zu vermitteln.
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und “Neugier auf Neues”.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule eingeschrieben (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Innovationsmanagement, BWL mit IT-Fokus, Data Science) oder befindest dich im Gap Year
  • Du kannst ein Praktikum von mindestens drei Monaten gewährleisten
  • Erste theoretische oder praktische Berührungspunkte mit agilen Projektmethoden, Product Ownership oder KI-Tools sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss – deine Motivation und Lernbereitschaft zählen!
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
