Das ist deine Mission

  • Beratung, Analyse & Konzeption: Du analysierst bestehende IT-Landschaften, Anforderungen und Herausforderungen unserer Kund:innen, entwickelst daraus tragfähige Lösungsansätze auf Basis von Microsoft-Technologien und begleitest Migrationsprojekte in die Micorosft-Cloud – zum Beispiel Azure Microsoft oder M365.
  • Strategie & Architektur: Du leitest gemeinsam mit Kund:innen moderne IT-Strategien, Zielbilder und Architekturentscheidungen aus der Unternehmensstrategie ab und unterstützt dabei, ein belastbares IT-Fundament aufzubauen.
  • Plattform & Umsetzung: Du konzipierst integrierte Plattformansätze und begleitest deren technische Umsetzung – immer mit Blick auf Zukunftssicherheit, Benutzererlebnis sowie einen klaren Business-Mehrwert.
  • Sicherheit & Governance: Du berücksichtigst Sicherheit, Compliance und identitätszentrierte Ansätze als grundlegende Voraussetzungen moderner IT und schaffst gemeinsam mit Projektteams nachhaltige Strukturen.
  • Kommunikation & Steuerung: Als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und weiteren Stakeholdern moderierst du Workshops, strukturierst Anforderungen und sorgst für klare Entscheidungen und Prioritäten.
  • Wandel & Enablement: Du begleitest Veränderung nicht nur technisch, sondern auch organisatorisch und prozessual, dokumentierst Ergebnisse verständlich und unterstützt beim Wissenstransfer in die Teams unserer Kund:innen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang – alternativ relevante Praxiserfahrung in einem passenden Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1).
  • Erfahrung im IT-Consulting oder in Digitalisierungs-, Transformations-, Infrastruktur- oder Architekturprojekten.
  • Erfahrung mit IT-Sicherheitskonzepten, Cloud-Migrationen oder der Administration von Microsoft-Cloud-Umgebungen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365.
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für moderne IT-Architekturen, Plattformansätze und die Zusammenhänge zwischen Technologie, Organisation und Prozessen.
