Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Communication Management: Du unterstützt unser erfahrenes Team bei einer umfassenden Kundenkommunikation über Telefon, E-Mail und WhatsApp sowie bei der Abwicklung von Buchungen und Reservierungen
  • Projektmanagement: Du baust unser Angebot im Bereich Jugend- und Sprachreisen aus, gewinnst neue Partner und begleitest den gesamten Prozess bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Account & Content Management: Du betreust unsere Kooperationspartner und entwickelst diese Partnerschaften weiter
  • Content Management: Du erstellst wertvollen Content zu unseren Reisen und pflegst neu hinzugekommene Jugend- und Sprachreisen in unsere Datenbank ein
  • Billing Management: Du gestaltest unseren Rechnungsstellungsprozess effizienter, erstellst mithilfe moderner Datenanalyse-Software Provisions- und Kundenrechnungen und sorgst für einen konstanten Cashflow
  • Networking & Events: Gemeinsam mit unserem Team nimmst du an Events und Vor-Ort-Besuchen teil, auf denen du mit unseren Partnern in persönlichen Kontakt kommst und dein Netzwerk ausbaust (z.B. ITB im März)

Your profile

  • Du hast einen touristischen, geistes- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Hintergrund
  • Du hast Spaß daran, in einem internationalen und ambitionierten Team zu arbeiten
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verfügst über Cross-Cultural Competence
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert an einer Aufgabe
  • Du bist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner und hältst dich an Absprachen und Termine
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch - weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus
  • Bonuspunkt: Du warst schon einmal in einem Feriencamp – als Kind oder als Betreuer
