Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Du planst, erstellst und postest kreativen Content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) auf unseren Social Media Accounts
  • Social Media Management: Du fängst die neuesten Trends ein und setzt sie humorvoll und zielgruppengerecht für Jugendliche und Eltern auf den jeweils relevanten Kanälen (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) um
  • Community Management: Du interagierst mit unserer Community sorgst für ein hohes Engagement
  • Projektmanagement: Du planst selbständig deine Influencer Trips in ganz Europa und koordinierst dich dabei mit unseren Unterkunfts- und Schulpartnern vor Ort
  • Digital Marketing Management: Wenn du bei uns im Office bist, setzt du unsere Marketingstrategie um und erhöhst die Sichtbarkeit und Bekanntheit unserer Marke
  • Event Management: Du begleitest unser Team auf Events (z.B. Messen) und erstellst dabei Content für LinkedIn, um unsere Employer Brand zu stärken

Your profile

  • Du bist organisiert, strukturiert und hast Lust, einen Marke strategisch weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du bist ein Digital Native und verbringst (vielleicht zu) viel Zeit auf TikTok und Instagram
  • Interkulturelle Kommunikation und die Arbeit mit Menschen machen dir Spaß
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch – weitere Fremdsprachen sind ein Plus
  • Du suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum, das du ihm Rahmen deines Studiums absolvieren musst
  • Das Pflichtpraktikum hat eine Dauer von mind. 3 Monaten (13 Wochen) – gern auch länger
