Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Communication Management: Du unterstützt unser erfahrenes Team bei einer umfassenden Kundenkommunikation über Telefon, E-Mail und WhatsApp sowie bei der Abwicklung von Buchungen und Reservierungen
  • Content Management: Du erstellst wertvollen Content zu unseren Reisen (Beschreibungen, FAQ, Bebilderung, Landingpages, SEO-optimierte Texte)
  • Key Account Management: Du betreust unsere Kooperationspartner. Dabei bist du die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und Partnern, um die Wünsche beider Seiten miteinander zu kombinieren
  • Cashflow-Management: Du gestaltest unseren Rechnungsstellungsprozess effizienter, erstellst mithilfe moderner Datenanalyse-Software Provisionsabrechnungen und sorgst für einen konstanten Cashflow
  • Product Management: Du hilfst dabei, die Saison mit unseren Partner Veranstaltern auszuwerten und sorgst für die richtige Platzierung ihrer Produkte auf unserer Seite
  • Networking & Events: Gemeinsam mit unserem Team nimmst du an Events und Vor-Ort-Besuchen teil, auf denen du mit unseren Partnern in persönlichen Kontakt kommst und dein Netzwerk ausbaust (z.B. ITB im März)

Your profile

  • Du hast einen touristischen, geistes- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Hintergrund bzw. Studiengang und schreibst in fehlerfreiem Deutsch
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und verfügst über Cross-Cultural Competence
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und zielorientiert an einer Aufgabe
  • Du bist ein zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner und hältst dich an Absprachen und Termine
  • Du schreibst gern und in fehlerfreiem Deutsch
  • Du suchst ein freiwilliges Praktikum oder ein Pflichtpraktikum
  • Dauer mindestens 3 Monate, mehr ist möglich (z.B. 4, 5 oder 6 Monate)
  • Bonuspunkt: Du warst schon einmal in einem Feriencamp – als Kind oder als Betreuer
