Experiencia en:

  • Control y administración de almacenes de refacciones y materiales para mantenimiento.
  • Recepción, identificación, clasificación y acomodo de refacciones, herramientas y consumibles.
  • Registro de entradas y salidas de materiales en sistemas de inventarios o ERP.
  • Realización de inventarios físicos, cíclicos y generales.
  • Surtido de materiales y refacciones para órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento.
  • Control de máximos, mínimos, existencias y puntos de reorden.
  • Manejo de proveedores, requisiciones, órdenes de compra y seguimiento de materiales.
  • Aplicación de procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y control interno.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Administración y operación de almacenes de refacciones.
  • Clasificación, codificación y localización de materiales y componentes industriales.
  • Inventarios, conteos cíclicos, conciliación de existencias y análisis de diferencias.
  • Manejo de sistemas ERP, software de almacenes y herramientas de control de inventarios.
  • Excel básico o intermedio para elaboración de reportes y seguimiento de existencias.
  • Conocimiento general de refacciones mecánicas, eléctricas, neumáticas, hidráulicas y de instrumentación.
  • Interpretación de catálogos, fichas técnicas, números de parte y unidades de medida.
  • Manejo de montacargas, patín hidráulico y herramientas de almacén, preferentemente.
  • Conocimiento de normas de seguridad industrial, orden, limpieza y manejo de materiales.

Actividades:

  1. Recibir, revisar y registrar las refacciones, materiales y consumibles entregados por proveedores.
  2. Verificar cantidades, especificaciones, números de parte y condiciones físicas de los materiales recibidos.
  3. Identificar, etiquetar, clasificar y almacenar las refacciones en las ubicaciones correspondientes.
  4. Mantener actualizados los registros de entradas, salidas, transferencias y devoluciones de materiales.
  5. Surtir refacciones, herramientas y consumibles de acuerdo con las solicitudes y órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento.
  6. Controlar las existencias, fechas de ingreso, materiales obsoletos y refacciones de baja rotación.
  7. Realizar inventarios físicos y conteos cíclicos, así como investigar y reportar diferencias.
  8. Dar seguimiento a los niveles de inventario, máximos, mínimos y puntos de reorden.
  9. Elaborar requisiciones y solicitar la reposición de materiales necesarios para garantizar la continuidad de la operación.
  10. Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra, entregas pendientes y materiales en tránsito.
  11. Registrar y actualizar la información del almacén en el sistema correspondiente.
  12. Preparar reportes de inventarios, consumos, faltantes, obsolescencia y movimientos de almacén.
  13. Mantener ordenadas, limpias y señalizadas las áreas de almacenamiento, respetando las condiciones requeridas para cada material.
  14. Coordinar actividades con las áreas de Mantenimiento, Compras, Producción, Finanzas y proveedores externos.
  15. Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad industrial, manejo de materiales, calidad y control interno.
  16. Participar en auditorías, revisiones de inventario y proyectos de mejora continua.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura Administración, Logística, Mantenimiento Industrial, Almacenes o afín. Deseable experiencia en almacenes de refacciones industriales.
