Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en:

  • Control y aseguramiento de calidad en empresas de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Análisis y evaluación de materias primas, materiales de empaque e insumos.
  • Muestreo, inspección y liberación de insumos.
  • Buenas prácticas de manufactura y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
  • Deseable experiencia en plantas de alimentos, bebidas o consumo masivo.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Normas de calidad e inocuidad alimentaria.
  • Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y Procedimientos Operativos Estandarizados de Sanitización (POES).
  • Muestreo y análisis fisicoquímico y microbiológico de insumos.
  • Especificaciones de materias primas, materiales de empaque y producto terminado.
  • Manejo de instrumentos y equipos de laboratorio.
  • HACCP, análisis de riesgos y puntos críticos de control.
  • Interpretación de certificados de análisis y hojas técnicas.
  • Manejo de Excel y elaboración de reportes de calidad.

Actividades:

  1. Realizar el muestreo y la inspección de materias primas, materiales de empaque e insumos recibidos.
  2. Ejecutar análisis fisicoquímicos, microbiológicos y sensoriales conforme a las especificaciones establecidas.
  3. Verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad e inocuidad de los insumos.
  4. Registrar resultados de análisis y emitir dictámenes de aceptación, rechazo o liberación.
  5. Revisar certificados de análisis, fichas técnicas y documentación de proveedores.
  6. Identificar, documentar y dar seguimiento a desviaciones, materiales no conformes y resultados fuera de especificación.
  7. Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas relacionadas con los insumos.
  8. Apoyar en auditorías internas, externas y de proveedores.
  9. Verificar el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de manufactura y los procedimientos de calidad.
  10. Mantener actualizados los registros, bitácoras, reportes y bases de datos del área.
  11. Colaborar con las áreas de Compras, Almacén, Producción, Investigación y Desarrollo e Inocuidad.
  12. Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de recepción, evaluación y liberación de insumos.
