Experiencia en:

  • Microbiología de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Análisis microbiológicos en materias primas, producto en proceso, producto terminado y ambiente.
  • Buenas prácticas de manufactura y sistemas de gestión de calidad e inocuidad.
  • Manejo de equipos y materiales de laboratorio.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de registros, reportes y resultados analíticos.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Técnicas de siembra, preparación de medios de cultivo, incubación y lectura de resultados.
  • Identificación y cuantificación de microorganismos indicadores y patógenos.
  • Muestreo microbiológico de superficies, equipos, agua, ambiente y producto.
  • Buenas prácticas de laboratorio, higiene y seguridad.
  • Control de calidad e inocuidad alimentaria.
  • Manejo de equipo de cómputo y paquetería Office.

Actividades:

  1. Realizar análisis microbiológicos de materias primas, producto en proceso, producto terminado y muestras ambientales.
  2. Preparar medios de cultivo, materiales y soluciones requeridas para los análisis.
  3. Ejecutar el muestreo de producto, agua, superficies y ambiente conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
  4. Registrar, analizar y reportar los resultados microbiológicos de manera oportuna y confiable.
  5. Notificar desviaciones y resultados fuera de especificación al personal responsable.
  6. Dar seguimiento a investigaciones, acciones correctivas y preventivas relacionadas con resultados microbiológicos.
  7. Verificar el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de manufactura, higiene y laboratorio.
  8. Controlar el inventario, almacenamiento y disposición de reactivos, medios de cultivo y materiales.
  9. Asegurar la limpieza, calibración y correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de laboratorio.
  10. Participar en auditorías, validaciones, estudios de vida de anaquel y proyectos de mejora continua.
  11. Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de calidad, inocuidad y seguridad establecidos.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en Microbiología, Biología, Ingeniería en Alimentos, Química, Química en Alimentos o carrera afín.
