Experiencia en:

  • Contabilidad general y cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales.
  • Elaboración y presentación de declaraciones fiscales federales y estatales.
  • Determinación, conciliación y análisis de impuestos.
  • Revisión de facturas electrónicas, complementos de pago y documentación fiscal.
  • Conciliaciones entre registros contables, fiscales y financieros.
  • Integración de papeles de trabajo para auditorías internas, externas y fiscales.
  • Atención de requerimientos y solicitudes de información de autoridades fiscales.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta, Ley del Impuesto al Valor Agregado y Código Fiscal de la Federación.
  • Determinación de ISR, IVA, retenciones, pagos provisionales y declaración anual.
  • Contabilidad electrónica, declaraciones informativas y conciliación contable-fiscal.
  • Comprobantes Fiscales Digitales por Internet, CFDI 4.0, complementos de pago y cancelaciones.
  • Revisión de requisitos fiscales y validación de operaciones.
  • Devoluciones, compensaciones y control de saldos a favor.
  • Actualización de disposiciones fiscales y seguimiento a cambios regulatorios.
  • Manejo de sistemas contables, plataformas del SAT, ERP y paquetería Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Conocimiento de controles internos y documentación de procesos fiscales.

Actividades:

  1. Preparar y revisar la información necesaria para el cálculo y presentación de declaraciones fiscales.
  2. Determinar impuestos federales y estatales, así como retenciones aplicables a las operaciones de la compañía.
  3. Realizar conciliaciones mensuales entre la información contable, fiscal y financiera.
  4. Integrar y mantener actualizados los papeles de trabajo fiscales.
  5. Revisar CFDI emitidos y recibidos, identificando inconsistencias, errores y posibles riesgos fiscales.
  6. Dar seguimiento a la recepción, validación, cancelación y sustitución de comprobantes fiscales.
  7. Analizar las variaciones de saldos fiscales y elaborar reportes para la toma de decisiones.
  8. Apoyar en la elaboración de declaraciones informativas, reportes regulatorios y conciliaciones de impuestos.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública, Contabilidad, Finanzas o carrera afín.
