Experiencia en:

  • Operación y soporte funcional de SAP en procesos de almacén, inventarios y distribución.
  • Recepción, almacenamiento, surtido, traspaso y despacho de materiales y productos.
  • Control de entradas, salidas, transferencias, ajustes y movimientos de inventario en SAP.
  • Seguimiento y conciliación de inventarios físicos contra registros en sistema.
  • Atención y seguimiento de incidencias relacionadas con procesos de almacén en SAP.
  • Elaboración de reportes, análisis de información y documentación de procesos.
  • Soporte a usuarios de almacén y coordinación con las áreas de logística, compras, producción y finanzas.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • SAP ERP, preferentemente en los módulos MM, WM, IM o procesos relacionados con gestión de materiales y almacenes.
  • Procesos de recepción de mercancías, movimientos de inventario, ubicaciones, lotes y números de serie.
  • Creación, modificación y seguimiento de órdenes de compra, entregas, traspasos y documentos de material.
  • Inventarios cíclicos, inventarios físicos, diferencias y ajustes de existencias.
  • Maestros de materiales, unidades de medida, centros, almacenes y ubicaciones.
  • Indicadores de operación de almacén, exactitud de inventario, nivel de servicio y productividad.
  • Excel intermedio o avanzado para análisis de información, tablas dinámicas y elaboración de reportes.
  • Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de control interno, trazabilidad y seguridad en almacenes.
  • Deseable experiencia con herramientas de tickets, sistemas de radiofrecuencia, WMS o SAP Fiori.

Actividades:

  1. Dar seguimiento a la correcta ejecución de los procesos de almacén en SAP.
  2. Registrar y validar entradas, salidas, traspasos, devoluciones, ajustes y demás movimientos de inventario.
  3. Analizar diferencias entre inventarios físicos y saldos registrados en SAP, identificando causas y acciones correctivas.
  4. Atender consultas e incidencias de las personas usuarias de almacén y canalizar los requerimientos correspondientes.
  5. Verificar la integridad y actualización de los datos maestros relacionados con materiales y almacenes.
  6. Elaborar reportes e indicadores de inventarios, movimientos y productividad operativa.
  7. Participar en inventarios físicos, conteos cíclicos y auditorías internas.
  8. Documentar procedimientos, identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar en la estandarización de procesos.
  9. Coordinarse con las áreas de compras, producción, logística, distribución y finanzas para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  10. Apoyar en pruebas, implementaciones y mejoras funcionales relacionadas con SAP y los procesos de almacén.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Logística, Administración, Industrial o carrera afín.
