Experiencia en:

  • Apoyo en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en instalaciones, equipos y maquinaria.
  • Uso básico de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
  • Reparaciones menores en sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, hidráulicos o neumáticos.
  • Inspección de equipos e identificación de fallas o condiciones inseguras.
  • Seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo y reporte de actividades de mantenimiento.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Conocimientos básicos de electricidad, mecánica, plomería y mantenimiento general.
  • Identificación y uso adecuado de herramientas, materiales y equipos de protección personal.
  • Aplicación de procedimientos de seguridad industrial y bloqueo-etiquetado.
  • Lectura básica de manuales, diagramas eléctricos y fichas técnicas.
  • Manejo básico de computadora para registrar actividades e incidencias.

Actividades:

  1. Apoyar en la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos, maquinaria e instalaciones, conforme al programa establecido.
  2. Realizar inspecciones visuales y funcionales para detectar desgastes, fugas, ruidos, fallas o condiciones inseguras.
  3. Utilizar herramientas, refacciones y materiales de manera adecuada, manteniendo el control y orden del área de trabajo.
  4. Apoyar en reparaciones básicas de instalaciones eléctricas, hidráulicas, mecánicas y de servicios generales, bajo la supervisión del personal responsable.
  5. Registrar las actividades realizadas, materiales utilizados y anomalías identificadas en las órdenes de trabajo o sistemas correspondientes.
  6. Reportar oportunamente fallas, riesgos, necesidades de refacciones y requerimientos de mantenimiento al supervisor inmediato.
  7. Cumplir con las normas de seguridad, higiene, calidad y buenas prácticas de manufactura durante la ejecución de las actividades.
  8. Mantener limpias y ordenadas las áreas de trabajo, así como las herramientas y equipos asignados.

Escolaridad:
