Experiencia:

  • Deseable de 3 a 6 años en compras, adquisiciones o abastecimiento, especialmente en categorías de Trade Marketing (material POP, promocionales, impresos, indirectos) dentro de la industria de consumo masivo, retail, alimentos o bebidas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proveedores de materiales promocionales, negociación de condiciones comerciales (precios, tiempos de entrega, tirajes, calidad) y control de contratos.
  • Conocimiento práctico en el manejo de órdenes de compra, seguimiento de producción de materiales, recepción y coordinación con almacén, logística y áreas comerciales/marketing.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Conocimiento de procesos de compra y categorías de suministro (materia prima, empaques, auxiliares y servicios).
  • Familiaridad con sistemas ERP/WMS para la creación y seguimiento de requisiciones y órdenes de compra (SAP deseable).
  • Capacidad para el análisis de costos, elaboración de comparativos y desarrollo de modelos de ahorro; manejo de indicadores de compra (ahorro, rotación, cumplimiento de entregas).
  • Conocimientos básicos de legislación comercial, control de inventarios, trazabilidad y requisitos de calidad e inocuidad aplicables a insumos.
  • Uso avanzado de paquetería Office (Excel y PowerPoint) para análisis de información y elaboración de reportes.

Actividades:

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de compras: generación de requisiciones, solicitud y comparación de cotizaciones, emisión de órdenes de compra y seguimiento de entregas.
  • Negociar condiciones comerciales, precios, plazos y términos de pago con proveedores, buscando optimizar la relación costo–calidad y asegurar el suministro continuo.
  • Evaluar y desarrollar proveedores mediante análisis de desempeño, visitas, calificación y seguimiento de acciones de mejora.
  • Colaborar con áreas de calidad, producción y logística para validar especificaciones, tiempos de entrega y recepción conforme de materiales.
  • Monitorear inventarios críticos y emitir alertas para prevenir rupturas de stock; participar en procesos de planeación de demanda cuando aplique.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos de indicadores de compras, tendencias de precios y oportunidades de ahorro, proponiendo iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Administrar contratos y documentación de compras, asegurando el cumplimiento de condiciones y requisitos para auditorías.
  • Participar en proyectos de optimización de categorías, estandarización de especificaciones y digitalización de procesos de compra.

Escolaridad:
