Experiencia en:

  • Control y administración de inventarios de tarimas en almacenes, plantas o centros de distribución.
  • Coordinación de entradas, salidas, movimientos y transferencias de tarimas.
  • Conteos físicos, conteos cíclicos y conciliación de existencias.
  • Seguimiento de diferencias, faltantes, sobrantes, mermas y tarimas dañadas.
  • Elaboración de reportes e indicadores de inventario y operación logística.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Manejo de sistemas de inventarios, ERP o WMS.
  • Excel intermedio y elaboración de tablas de control.
  • Control de tarimas, embalajes y activos retornables.
  • Procesos de almacén, distribución, recibo, embarque y trazabilidad.
  • Identificación, clasificación y control de tarimas buenas, dañadas y en reparación.
  • Buenas prácticas de almacenamiento, orden, limpieza y seguridad industrial.

Actividades:

  1. Coordinar y controlar el inventario de tarimas en almacén, patios, andenes y áreas operativas.
  2. Realizar conteos físicos y cíclicos de tarimas, comparando las existencias contra los registros del sistema.
  3. Registrar y actualizar los movimientos de entrada, salida, transferencia, devolución y baja de tarimas.
  4. Validar la documentación correspondiente a los movimientos de tarimas con las áreas de Almacén, Logística, Producción y Distribución.
  5. Investigar diferencias de inventario, faltantes, sobrantes, daños y pérdidas, así como dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.
  6. Verificar la correcta identificación, clasificación, ubicación, acomodo y disponibilidad de las tarimas.
  7. Coordinar la recuperación, devolución y control de tarimas con proveedores, clientes, transportistas y centros de distribución, cuando aplique.
  8. Elaborar reportes de inventario, conciliaciones e indicadores para el seguimiento de la operación.
  9. Participar en auditorías internas y externas, inventarios físicos y proyectos de mejora continua.
  10. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad, calidad, inocuidad y buenas prácticas de almacenamiento.
  11. Mantener actualizada la información de inventarios y comunicar oportunamente cualquier desviación operativa.

Escolaridad:
