Experiencia en:

  • Supervisión / Manejo de personal
  • Sistemas productivos en alimentos, preferentemente sector lácteo
  • Manejo de Indicadores

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Administración y gestión de personal operativo en sistemas productivos
  • Procesos Térmicos y sistemas asépticos
  • Conocimientos en HACCP/ BPM´s
  • Conocimientos en procesos lácteos o en industrias de alimentos
  • FSSC 22000, ISOS Integrados
  • Análisis de Causa Raíz

Actividades:

  1. Coordinar la reunión de turno de alineación a prioridades con su grupo extendido (Mantenimiento, calidad, materias primas y producto terminado) garantizando la correcta operación integral.)
  2. Organizar al personal operativo para cubrir las necesidades de producción del turno garantizando el cumplimiento al programa de producción desde recibo, estandarizado de leche, preparación de leche saborizada y ultra pasteurizado
  3. Promover la aplicación de los estándares y procedimientos de seguridad, limpieza, BPM e inocuidad, al personal bajo su cargo y así garantizar los estándares de calidad del producto.
  4. Gestionar en conjunto con el equipo de mantenimiento industrial, los mantenimientos preventivos para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos y dar aviso oportuno de las fallas mediante los avisos en SAP.
  5. Dar cumplimiento a los temas de recursos humanos con el personal a su cargo: control de incidencias, asegurar la asistencia a jornadas continuas y otras capacitaciones programadas, evaluaciones de desempeño del personal eventual para renovaciones de contratos, fomentar la participación en los eventos de desarrollo social, etc.
