Experiencia en:

  • Coordinación y supervisión de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en planta o almacenes
  • Gestión de equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios (mecánica, eléctrica, neumática).
  • Planeación y control de programas de mantenimiento y proyectos de mejora.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Interpretación de planos, diagramas eléctricos y neumáticos.
  • Herramientas de gestión de mantenimiento y manejo SAP intermedio
  • Normas y protocolos de seguridad industrial, manejo de energía y bloqueo/etiquetado (LOTO).
  • Gestión de repuestos, control de inventarios y manejo presupuestal básico.

Actividades:

  1. Planificar el mantenimiento preventivo. Elabora y programa el plan de mantenimiento preventivo para todos los equipos e instalaciones, analizando las especificaciones técnicas de los equipos y su historial de mantenimiento.
  2. Coordino la resolución de averías y reparaciones inmediatas en los equipos organizando al equipo técnico para atender las fallas prioritarias.
  3. Priorizar y asignar trabajos al equipo técnico, asegurando cumplimiento de tiempos, calidad y seguridad.
  4. Registrar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de trabajo en el sistema CMMS, manteniendo historiales y reportes actualizados.
  5. Administrar el presupuesto del área y gestiono la adquisición de repuestos, herramientas y materiales necesarios para el mantenimiento.
  6. Participar en proyectos de mejora, estandarización y optimización de procesos relacionados con mantenibilidad y confiabilidad.
  7. Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas y programas de seguridad industrial, higiene y medio ambiente dentro del área de mantenimiento.
  8. Capacitar y desarrollar al personal técnico, promoviendo la cultura de mejora continua y trabajo en equipo.

  • Orientación a resultados y seguridad.

Escolaridad:

Ingeniería en Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mantenimiento Industrial o afines. Cursos o certificaciones en gestión de mantenimiento, seguridad industrial
