Experiencia en:

  • Gestión de categoría (Category Management) en canales de consumo masivo, preferentemente Non-Alcoholic Ready-to-Drink (NARTD).
  • Relación con cadenas y retail moderno para ejecución de estrategias de góndola y promociones.
  • Análisis de mix de producto, precios, rotación y espacio por punto de venta.
  • Coordinación con equipos comerciales y de trade marketing para implementación de planes de activación.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Interpretación de datos de sell-out, sell-in y reportes de rotación por SKU.
  • Manejo de indicadores de categoría (velocidad de venta, participación de marca, distribución ponderada).
  • Excel intermedio-avanzado y manejo de herramientas de análisis/visualización (Power BI, Tableau o similar).
  • Conocimientos de pricing, trade terms, promociones y space planning.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de planificación de surtido y gestión de planogramas (deseable).

Actividades:

  1. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de categoría para NARTD que impulsen el crecimiento de ventas y rentabilidad.
  2. Analizar información comercial y de mercado para identificar oportunidades de surtido, pricing y promociones.
  3. Elaborar recomendaciones de espacio en góndola, planogramas y distribución por canal/cliente.
  4. Colaborar con ventas, trade marketing y supply chain para asegurar la correcta ejecución en punto de venta.
  5. Generar reportes periódicos de desempeño de categoría y presentar insights y planes de acción a stakeholders.
  6. Monitorear impactos de promociones y ajustar tácticas para maximizar ROI y rotación de inventario.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o afín.
