Experiencia de 2 a 3 años:

  • Diseño y ejecución de iniciativas de diseño organizacional y efectividad organizacional en entornos corporativos.
  • Diagnóstico organizacional, mapeo de capacidades y rediseño de estructuras, roles y procesos.
  • Implementación de programas de cambio, optimización de procesos y mejora de desempeño.
  • Trabajo con stakeholders de Recursos Humanos, Operaciones y Negocio para alinear soluciones con objetivos estratégicos.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Metodologías de diagnóstico organizacional (análisis de puestos, competencias, evaluación de cargos y diseño de perfiles).
  • Frameworks de diseño organizacional (estructuras organizativas, modelos RACI, procesos clave) y herramientas de mapeo de procesos.
  • Gestión del cambio y metodologías para implementación de iniciativas (ADKAR, Kotter u otras).
  • Medición de efectividad organizacional: indicadores de desempeño, análisis de productividad, engagement y clima laboral.
  • Manejo de herramientas analíticas y de presentación (Excel avanzado, PowerPoint, plataformas de encuestas y HRIS).

Responsabilidades y actividades:

  1. Conducir diagnósticos organizacionales para identificar brechas de estructura, capacidades y procesos que impacten la efectividad del negocio.
  2. Diseñar propuestas de rediseño organizacional, perfiles de puesto, mapas de procesos y modelos de gobernanza alineados a la estrategia corporativa.
  3. Desarrollar e implementar planes de gestión del cambio y comunicación para asegurar la adopción de nuevas estructuras y formas de trabajo.
  4. Definir y monitorear KPIs de efectividad organizacional y proponer iniciativas de mejora basadas en datos e indicadores.
  5. Colaborar con áreas de Talento, Capacitación, Compensaciones y líderes de negocio para alinear planes de desarrollo, sucesión y recursos humanos con el nuevo diseño.
  6. Facilitar talleres, sesiones de trabajo y capacitaciones para líderes y equipos en temas de roles, responsabilidades y formas de trabajo.
  7. Documentar propuestas, flujos, políticas y guías operativas; asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares y la transferencia de conocimiento.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en Psicología Organizacional, Administración, Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín. Posgrado en Desarrollo Organizacional, Cambio Organizacional o afines es un plus.
