Experiencia en:

  • 1 a 2 años en mantenimiento industrial en plantas de procesos (preferentemente en bebidas o alimentos).
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos de proceso.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica o afín aplicada a mantenimiento industrial.
  • Manejo de PLCs, variadores de frecuencia, motores eléctricos, bombas y sistemas neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Interpretación de planos eléctricos y mecánicos, diagramas y esquemas de control.
  • Normas de seguridad industrial, manejo de energía y bloqueo/etiquetado (LOTO).
  • Excel intermedio para reportes y análisis de indicadores (KPI).

Actividades:

  1. Ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento de acuerdo con el programa de trabajo para asegurar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos.
  2. Planificar y ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos de proceso y equipos de servicio de planta.
  3. Diagnosticar fallas, proponer y ejecutar soluciones técnicas efectivas para minimizar paros y pérdidas.
  4. Implementar y dar seguimiento a programas de mejora continua, TPM y proyectos de reducción de costos.
  5. Corregir las fallas en equipos de línea de producción, procesos y servicios auxiliares.
  6. Realizar los trabajos preventivos de equipos y línea para prevenir paros de producción.
  7. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y apego a los procedimientos de seguridad, salud, calidad e inocuidad.

Requerimientos:

  • Disponibilidad para rotar turnos en jornada de 4 días laborados por 3 de descanso.
  • Disponibilidad de adecuación de turno a proceso de producción.

Escolaridad:

Lic. en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afines
