Experiencia 5 a 6 años en:

  • Mantenimiento industrial en plantas de alimentos, bebidas o lácteos, preferentemente con procesos de pasteurización, UHT, mezclas y líneas de envasado.
  • Planeación y ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo en equipos de proceso y servicios.
  • Administración y desarrollo de equipos de mantenimiento, asegurando la correcta asignación de recursos y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Gestión de indicadores de mantenimiento enfocados en disponibilidad, confiabilidad, eficiencia y costos operativos.
  • Coordinación de proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de equipos productivos

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Conocimiento en sistemas de mantenimiento para procesos de pasteurización, UHT, mezclado y envasado.
  • Interpretación de indicadores de mantenimiento, confiabilidad y eficiencia operativa.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas eléctricos, electrónicos, automatización y control industrial.
  • Planeación y control de mantenimientos bajo estándares de calidad, inocuidad y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM).
  • Administración de personal técnico y gestión de recursos materiales para la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento.

Actividades:

  1. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de mantenimiento con base en el Sistema de Gestión Integral.
  2. Garantizar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos de proceso y envasado para el cumplimiento de los programas de producción.
  3. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de inocuidad, calidad y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura en todas las actividades del área.
  4. Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales del departamento para garantizar una ejecución eficiente de los mantenimientos.
  5. Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño del área, identificando oportunidades de mejora en productividad, eficiencia y costos.
  6. Coordinar y desarrollar al equipo de mantenimiento, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad, mejora continua y excelencia operativa.
  7. Participar en proyectos de mejora, automatización y optimización de procesos productivos.
