Actividades:

  1. Mantener diariamente una operación continua en la llenadora, asegurando el apego a los estándares del sistema de gestión integral con un énfasis en la seguridad, calidad e inocuidad del producto.
  2. Asegurar que el producto terminado, cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad requeridas, así como a las especificaciones descritas en el manual del proveedor y procedimiento de operación. En caso de identificar una desviación que genere PNC será su responsabilidad reestablecer las condiciones operativas para corregir el defecto, informar y segregar. Monitorear diariamente las variables del proceso definidas dentro del plan de inspección correspondiente para garantizar que el producto cumpla con las normas de calidad aplicables
  3. Asegurar las condiciones en los ciclos de limpieza, desde la limpieza manual (COP), CIP (flujo, temperatura y concentración) y la esterilización de la máquina, así como mantener el orden y la limpieza en el área de trabajo, con el completo apego a los estándares de limpieza
  4. Mantener en excelentes condiciones los equipos, a través de la realización de los LILAS (limpieza, inspección, lubricación y apriete) y en el trabajo coordinado con mantenimiento para la realización del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Generar avisos de mantenimiento en el sistema SAP y dar soporte y seguimiento hasta el cierre efectivo de los mismos, con el objetivo de garantizar la correcta operación de sus equipos y el cuidado de los activos de la compañía.
  5. Aplicar los lineamientos establecidos en los sistemas ISO´s Integrados, matriz IPERCO, matriz ambiental, Matriz de calidad, Planes de Inspección, KORE etc.
  6. Validar a través de una inspección que los materiales o insumos necesarios para la producción estén dentro de las especificaciones de calidad requeridas para la operación.
  7. Realizar un correcto llenado de las bitácoras, realizar una correcta notificación de los tiempos de paro en el sistema SAP, así como también llevar un estricto control de la merma de materiales.
