Experiencia en:

  • Mantenimiento electromecánico de maquinaria y equipos industriales.
  • Ejecución de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Diagnóstico y reparación de fallas eléctricas, mecánicas, neumáticas e hidráulicas.
  • Operación y mantenimiento de líneas de producción en la industria de alimentos y bebidas.
  • Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Uso de herramientas manuales, eléctricas y equipos de medición.
  • Registro de órdenes de trabajo y seguimiento a indicadores de mantenimiento.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Motores eléctricos, tableros de control, sensores, actuadores y variadores de frecuencia.
  • Sistemas de control eléctrico y automatización industrial.
  • Elementos mecánicos de transmisión, rodamientos, bandas, cadenas y sistemas de lubricación.
  • Sistemas neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Instrumentación básica y equipos de medición eléctrica.
  • Metodologías de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Análisis de causa raíz y solución estructurada de problemas.
  • Buenas prácticas de manufactura, seguridad industrial y bloqueo-etiquetado.
  • Manejo de sistemas de mantenimiento, ERP y paquetería Office.

Actividades:

  1. Ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de los equipos y líneas de producción.
  2. Diagnosticar fallas eléctricas, mecánicas, neumáticas, hidráulicas y de control en maquinaria industrial.
  3. Realizar inspecciones periódicas para identificar condiciones anormales, riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  4. Atender oportunamente los reportes y avisos de mantenimiento generados por las áreas operativas.
  5. Interpretar diagramas, manuales técnicos, planos y especificaciones de los equipos.
  6. Realizar ajustes, calibraciones, cambios de componentes, alineaciones, lubricación y reparaciones necesarias.
  7. Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos después de cada intervención.
  8. Registrar en el sistema las actividades realizadas, refacciones utilizadas, tiempos de atención y condiciones encontradas.
  9. Participar en el análisis de fallas, paros recurrentes y pérdidas de eficiencia, proponiendo acciones correctivas.
  10. Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento y reportar desviaciones.
  11. Coordinar con producción la ejecución segura y oportuna de los trabajos de mantenimiento.
  12. Solicitar y utilizar correctamente las refacciones, materiales, herramientas y equipos requeridos para cada actividad.
  13. Aplicar los procedimientos de seguridad, bloqueo y etiquetado, trabajo en alturas, espacios confinados y permisos de trabajo.
  14. Mantener el orden, limpieza y condiciones seguras en el área de trabajo y en los equipos intervenidos.
  15. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, optimización de equipos y reducción de tiempos muertos.
  16. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y normas aplicables a la operación.

Escolaridad:

Carrera técnica, bachillerato técnico o Ingeniería en Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Mecánica, Electrónica o carrera afín.
