Dein täglicher Verantwortungsbereich:

Du verantwortest unser komplettes Handelsmarketing – von der ersten Idee bis zum Belegbild. Du bist keine ausführende Hand, sondern steuerst Budgets, Dienstleister und Termine und misst Deine Arbeit an einer Zahl: Frequenz in unseren Filialen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst unseren Prospekt end-to-end: Aktionsplanung, Versionierung, Druck, Verteilung – und entwickelst die Verteilgebiete datenbasiert weiter, statt nur Auflagen zu bestellen
  • Du planst und buchst Radio und Out-of-Home für unsere Aktionszeiträume und verhandelst mit Vermarktern
  • Du orchestrierst Aktionsbeklebungen, POS-Material und Preisauszeichnung über alle Standorte – termingenau, ohne Ausreden
  • Du planst unsere Verkaufsoffenen Sonntage inklusive Genehmigungen und regionaler Aktionen
  • Du bist die Kommunikationsdrehscheibe zwischen Marketing und Filialen und hältst alle Marketing-Infos aktuell
  • Du steuerst externe Partner (Druckerei, Verteilorganisationen, Werbetechnik) über klare Ziele, Timings und Qualitätskontrolle

Was Du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Handelsmarketing, idealerweise im filialisierten Einzelhandel
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke: viele Gewerke, harte Deadlines, null Toleranz für verpasste Termine – das ist Dein Element
  • Zahlenverständnis: Du willst wissen, ob Deine Maßnahmen Frequenz bringen, und steuerst danach
  • Verhandlungssicherheit gegenüber Dienstleistern und Vermarktern
  • Hands-on-Mentalität eines Familienunternehmens: machen, nicht präsentieren
