Prêt à plonger dans les chiffres et à transformer des projets de construction en succès retentissants ? Notre client, Kamco, est à la recherche dun Estimateur talentueux pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à La Pocatière !

Kamco, notre client, est une entreprise renommée dans le domaine de la construction, avec une équipe dédiée et passionnée. Spécialisée dans des projets variés allant du multilogement aux entrepôts en passant par divers projets commerciaux, Kamco met un accent particulier sur la précision et l'efficacité de ses estimations pour assurer le succès de ses projets.

Ton rôle :

  • Analyse des coûts et estimation : Tu seras responsable de préparer des évaluations précises des coûts des matériaux, de la main-dœuvre, et de l'équipement nécessaires pour mener à bien les projets de construction, en suivant rigoureusement les plans, les devis, et les spécifications.
  • Collaboration avec les parties prenantes : Travailler avec les fournisseurs, les organisations privées et les autorités compétentes pour obtenir les coûts des permis, assurances, et cautionnements, et les inclure dans le coût total du projet.
  • Suivi des soumissions : Préparer et déposer les soumissions, puis suivre leur avancement jusqu'à la conclusion, en veillant à ce que toutes les spécialités soient couvertes avant le dépôt officiel.
  • Validation des plans : Identifier et corriger les erreurs potentielles dans les plans qui pourraient entraîner des coûts supplémentaires, et garantir la profitabilité du projet en transférant un dossier complet au Chargé de Projet.
  • Visite de site et prise de mesures : Lorsque tu estimes des travaux de rénovation, tu effectueras des visites sur place pour prendre des mesures et comprendre pleinement lampleur des travaux nécessaires.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation et expérience : Formation technique en architecture ou en génie civil, avec une expérience confirmée en estimation de projets de construction.
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la lecture des plans et devis de construction, et une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et logiciels destimation.
  • Précision et rigueur : Aptitude à éviter les erreurs coûteuses et à s'assurer que les soumissions sont complètes et conformes.
  • Collaboration : Capacité à bien communiquer avec les sous-traitants, les clients, et les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer une compréhension commune et une exécution sans faille des projets.
