Soumissionnaire – Estimateur Lieu : Ville de Québec Vous souhaitez relever de nouveaux défis au sein d'une équipe dynamique ? Notre client recherche un estimateur qui sera responsable de la préparation et de la soumission de propositions pour des projets et appels d'offres. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente et techniques afin de garantir des offres conformes aux exigences des clients. VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS · Analyser les appels d'offres BSDQ et les exigences des clients pour comprendre les besoins et préparer des propositions adaptées. · Élaborer des documents de soumission détaillés et précis, y compris les coûts et les spécifications techniques. · Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de collecter les informations nécessaires à la préparation des propositions. · Assurer la conformité des propositions avec les normes et exigences de l'entreprise, des fournisseurs et des clients. · Participer aux réunions de suivi avec les clients pour clarifier les besoins et ajuster les propositions si nécessaire. · Gérer les délais de soumission et assurer la remise des propositions dans les délais impartis. · Maintenir une veille sur les opportunités de marché et les tendances du secteur pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de soumission. LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ · Expérience concrète dans le milieu de la construction (électricité, plomberie, HVAC, etc.). · Expérience significative dans la préparation de soumissions. · Gestion d'appels d'offres (atout). · Savoir lire des plans et devis. · Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de communication. · Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office, logiciels de gestion de projet, etc.). · Bilinguisme fonctionnel autant à l’orale qu’à l’écrit. · Rigueur et attention aux détails. · Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais. · Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à collaborer avec diverses parties prenantes. · Proactivité et sens de l’initiative.
