Tu connais la construction assez pour regarder un projet et rapidement voir ce qu'il va réellement prendre en temps, en matériel et en machinerie?

Notre partenaire cherche un(e) estimateur(trice) senior capable de prendre en charge des projets d'envergure en ossature de bois et revêtement métallique.

On parle de projets comme du multilogement, du commercial et de l'institutionnel, avec suffisamment de complexité pour que ton expérience et ton jugement fassent une vraie différence.

Ici, on cherche quelqu'un qui aime avoir de la latitude, gérer ses dossiers avec autonomie et être responsable de ses estimations du début à la fin.

Ton rôle

Tu analyseras les projets afin d'établir une estimation réaliste et complète des travaux à réaliser.

Concrètement, tu auras à :

  • Analyser les plans, devis et documents d'appel d'offres;
  • Évaluer les besoins en main-d'œuvre, temps, matériaux et machinerie;
  • Préparer les estimations pour des projets en ossature de bois et revêtement métallique;
  • Effectuer les recherches et suivis nécessaires auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants;
  • Préparer et déposer les soumissions;
  • Travailler avec les plateformes BSDQ et SEAO;
  • Valider les coûts et les différentes hypothèses avant le dépôt;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de projets afin d'assurer une bonne transition entre l'estimation et l'exécution.

Le profil qu'on cherche

On cherche quelqu'un qui a déjà du métier derrière la cravate.

  • Tu es autonome et tu apprécies avoir de la liberté dans ta façon de travailler;
  • Tu as un très bon jugement et tu es capable de challenger tes propres chiffres;
  • Tu comprends la réalité d'un chantier, pas seulement celle d'un fichier Excel;
  • Tu es rigoureux et capable de gérer plusieurs appels d'offres;
  • Tu connais bien la construction multirésidentielle ou commerciale;
  • Une expérience terrain comme charpentier-menuisier ou dans un environnement connexe peut être un gros avantage;
  • Tu es à l'aise avec BSDQ et SEAO.
