Die Kanadevia Inova Steinmüller GmbH in Gummersbach bietet umfassendes Projektmanagement, Engineering, Beschaffung und Montageplanung. Als Teil der Business Unit Systems and Service Solutions unterstützt sie Kundenprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg, insbesondere bei Losgrößen- und komplexen Umbauprojekten.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verfahrenstechnische Bearbeitung von Projekten unter Einhaltung von Terminen und technischen Spezifikationen, einschließlich der Erstellung von PFDs und R&I-Fließbildern (P&IDs).
  • Auslegung und Dimensionierung von Anlagenkomponenten, wie statischen und rotierenden Apparaten sowie Regel- und Sicherheitsventilen, inklusive Erstellung der erforderlichen technischen Dokumentation.
  • Erstellung und Prüfung technischer Unterlagen, Spezifikationen, Datenblätter, Betriebsanleitungen und Beschaffungsunterlagen sowie technische Bewertung von Lieferantenangeboten.
  • Technische Projektabwicklung und Anlagenoptimierung, einschließlich Anlagenanalysen, Studien, Konzeptentwicklung sowie Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Performance Tests.
  • Sicherstellung von HSE-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsanforderungen, Teilnahme an Sicherheitsstudien und Abnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei behördlichen Prüfungen und Sicherheitstests auf der Baustelle.

Qualifikationen

  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Berufserfahrung im Anlagenbau, idealerweise in den Bereichen Waste-to-Energy, erneuerbare Energien, Chemie, Öl & Gas oder Energie, vorzugsweise mit Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt vor Ort, idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Projektteams sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Inbetriebnahme und Gesamtanlagenbetrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verfahrenstechnik und Anlagenplanung, einschließlich Automatisierung, Anlagenfunktionen sowie Entwicklung und Optimierung technischer Systeme und Spezifikationen unter Berücksichtigung von Kostenaspekten, sowie eine ausgeprägte Sicherheits- und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung technischer Konzepte, Bewertung verschiedener Technologien und Erarbeitung geeigneter Optimierungslösungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf professionellem Kommunikationsniveau
