1. 内部 AI 投放产品建设：负责面向内部投放团队的 AI 产品，打通“用户与付费数据 → 素材假设 → AI 生成 → 渠道投放 → 效果回传 → 下一轮迭代”；识别投手工作中重复、耗时和依赖个人经验的环节，确定产品优先级，并对有效素材率、投放人效和 ROI 改善负责。 2. 素材策略与 AI 生成：结合历史投放数据、用户行为、聊天记录和付费表现，识别目标人群、用户需求、广告卖点、内容题材和表现形式；推动 AI 批量生成脚本、文案、图片和视频，并将有效经验用于下一批素材生产。 3. 投放实验与结果判断：围绕素材、人群、渠道和承接页面设计实验，提前写清目标用户、核心假设、固定变量、观察周期、成功指标和停止条件；根据结果决定素材放量、继续测试、停止或更换方向，而不是只完成素材上线。 4. 数据回传与经验沉淀：打通 Meta、TikTok、Google、AppsFlyer 及内部留存和付费数据，建立“假设 → 脚本版本 → 素材 ID → Campaign → 成熟结果 → 结论 → 下一轮实验”的追踪链路；确保每次实验都能说明学到了什么，以及下一轮因此改变什么。 5. AI 工作流建设：熟练使用 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、模型 API 和自动化工具，亲自完成原型、数据分析和流程搭建；建立生成质量评估、异常处理和人工审核机制，把单次 AI 生成逐步变成可重复、可追踪的日常工作流。 6. 小团队管理与跨团队协作：带领 3–6 人产品、工程、数据或创意自动化团队，明确目标、优先级、负责人和周度实验节奏；与投手、设计、算法及业务团队协作，对项目范围取舍、证据质量和最终业务结果负责。

1. 5 年以上 C 端增长产品、广告产品、营销技术或效果广告相关经验，有从 0 到 1 建设产品的经历。 2. 理解效果广告的完整链路，熟悉素材测试、受众、竞价、归因、CTR、CVR、CPI、ROAS 和 LTV 等指标。 3. AI 使用熟练，日常使用 Claude Code、Codex 或 Cursor；能够通过模型、API、SQL 或自动化工具独立做出可运行的产品原型。 4. 数据和实验能力扎实，能独立查看数据、发现口径问题、设计对照实验，并判断结果是否足以支持放量。 5. 带过小型跨职能团队，能够完成目标拆解、范围取舍、人员分工和成员培养。 6. 结果意识强，能够回答“当前最需要验证什么、为什么先做这个、什么结果会让团队改变方向”。
