职位定位 我们在寻找一位 AI-native Agent Systems Engineer / AI 业务系统工程师，负责把公司复杂业务流程转化为可落地的 AI Agent 系统-理解业务目标、拆解工作流、接入数据与工具、设计 human-in-the-loop 边界，并建立从执行、验证到迭代的闭环。

工作职责 1. 业务 Agent Workflow 设计与落地：将广告投放、内容生成、团队管理、项目推进等业务流程拆解为 Agent 可执行的 workflow，包括输入、任务分解、工具调用、判断逻辑、人工审批、输出物和验证标准。 2. Agent 系统架构与工具集成：设计并实现 Agent 编排、工具调用、数据查询、任务调度、日志追踪、权限控制、异常处理等基础能力；接入数仓、广告平台、内部文档、项目管理工具和业务系统。 3. 验证闭环与 Guardrail 设计：为 Agent 输出设计可验证机制，包括自动校验、数据对账、人工 review、置信度标注、失败模式识别、异常中断和回滚机制，避免 Agent 只“生成结果”而无法证明结果可靠。 4. 评估、观测与持续改进：构建 Agent 的 eval、logging、trace 和反馈回流体系，持续跟踪准确率、召回率、误伤率、业务贡献、成本、延迟和人工采纳率，形成“执行 → 度量 → 归因 → 改进”的迭代飞轮。 5. 与业务团队协作：与数据、增长、管理、业务团队协作，定义 Agent 所需的数据口径、评估标准、实验设计和上线边界，将一次性 AI 分析沉淀为可复用的业务系统。

1. AI 熟练，使用Claude Code和CodeX，或者Cursor 2. 具备扎实的软件工程能力，工程思维，能独立完成从原型到可用系统的开发。 3. 熟悉 LLM / Agent 基本范式，包括 tool use、planning、RAG、memory、function calling、workflow orchestration 等。 4. 有较强产品感和业务理解力 5. 具备强 ownership，想在AI时代有所作为
