1. 负责 AI 互动漫画的 Agent 效果优化，对剧情推进、角色表现、互动反馈、分镜设计及画面连续性负责。 2. 负责剧情 Agent 和分镜 Agent 的策略设计与迭代，包括任务链路、决策逻辑、上下文、记忆、工具调用及输出结构等。 3. 负责搭建剧情与分镜效果评测体系，沉淀评测标准、测试案例和回归数据集，持续提高生成效果的稳定性和一致性。 4. 负责分析线上坏案例，定位剧情、分镜、参考图选择及图像生成链路中的问题，通过 Prompt、Context、Tool 和 Agent 策略进行优化。 5. 结合真实用户反馈和内容表现开展 A/B 测试，验证不同模型及策略方案，并推动有效方案上线。 6. 与产品、内容、设计和研发团队协作，将内容目标转化为可执行的 Agent 规则、评测标准和产品能力。

1. 3 年以上 AI 应用、Agent、大模型策略或相关产品研发经验，有实际上线项目经验。 2. 熟悉大模型及 Agent 的基本工作方式，理解 Prompt、Context、Memory、Tool Calling、结构化输出和多步骤任务编排。 3. 具备一定的工程能力，能够使用 Python、TypeScript 或 AI coding 独立完成 Agent 原型、评测工具及数据分析。 4. 对剧情、角色、分镜和视觉表达有较强的理解，能够判断生成内容的问题并提出具体优化方案。 5. 具备较强的评测和实验意识，能够把主观的内容效果转化为明确的指标、案例和验证方法。 6. 有较强的问题分析和闭环能力，能够从线上效果出发定位根因，并持续推进策略迭代。 7. 对消费级 AI 产品有兴趣，能够站在真实用户体验而非单纯模型能力的角度判断效果。
