职位描述 你将加入一个用 AI 实时生成漫画的消费级产品。我们相信每个人都可以成为故事的导演，而你的工作，是让 AI 学会像漫画家一样思考：分镜怎么切、镜头怎么给、光线怎么打、画面怎么讲故事。 1. 核心Prompt研发与优化：结合业务场景与用户需求，主导设计、测试与迭代高质量的Preset（包括Prompt、System Prompt、模型参数配置等）；针对推理模型与非推理模型的差异化特性，制定相应的提示策略，持续优化模型输出的准确性、相关性与创造性。 2. AI Agent与工作流设计：深入理解并实践以Agent为核心的新范式，设计多步骤、多工具调用的自动化工作流；熟悉MCP、Skills、Harness等新兴协议，探索AI与外部工具、数据库、API的深度集成。 3. 视觉叙事与画面把控：主导漫画生成的分镜设计与视觉语言，包括镜头构图、景别切换、光影氛围、角色表现力等；将漫画创作的专业经验转化为可复用的 Prompt 模板和生成策略，持续提升 AI 出图的叙事质量与美术水准。 4. 模型能力探索与应用：紧跟行业前沿，主动调研和评测新兴文生图与图生图模型（含开源与闭源），尤其关注漫画/插画风格生成、角色一致性、画面质量与生成效率；深入实践 Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、Flux 等主流文生图模型及 LoRA、ControlNet、IP-Adapter 等风格与构图控制手段，探索其在漫画生成、角色设计、分镜出图等场景下的应用潜力与边界。 5. 知识体系构建与沉淀：建立并维护公司级的Prompt知识库与资产库，系统性地沉淀优秀案例、工程方法论与最佳实践。 6. 跨部门协同与项目推进：与产品、算法、工程及设计团队紧密协作，深刻理解需求，确保AI能力精准转化为可落地的业务成果。在Agentic产品的迭代周期中，承担AI侧的需求对齐与验收工作。 7. AIGC数据分析与结果评估：对用户与模型的交互数据进行分析，建立评估指标体系，深入理解用户偏好；结合A/B测试与自动化评估框架（LLM-as-Judge等方法），量化不同策略的效果，为产品迭代提供数据支撑。

职位要求 1. AI领域热情与深度思考：对AIGC领域抱有浓厚兴趣，是主流AI产品（如ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor、Midjourney/Stable Diffusion、SillyTavern、Cherry Studio、Openclaw等）的深度用户，并有自己独到的见解和批判性思考。 2. 出色的视觉审美与叙事能力：具备漫画、插画或影视分镜相关的审美功底，理解构图、景别、光影、色彩对情绪和叙事的作用；能够用语言精准描述画面，并判断 AI 生成结果的优劣。 3. 卓越的逻辑与语言能力：具备出色的逻辑思维、问题拆解能力和精湛的文字功底，能够将模糊、复杂的业务需求精准地转译为机器可理解、可执行的结构化指令。能够对比出不同模型的回复质量并给出定性分析。 4. 扎实的技术理解力：理解LLM基本原理（Transformer/RLHF/RAG）与Prompt Engineering进阶技巧（Chain-of-Thought/Few-shot/Self-consistency）；了解MCP、Tool Calling及AI Agent基本架构（规划、记忆、工具调用）。 5. 基本的编程知识：具备一定的编程基础和vibe coding能力，能借助Cursor、Claude并通过脚本（如Python）处理数据或调用API。 6. 出色的沟通与协作能力：具备优秀的跨团队沟通、协调能力和项目管理意识，能够清晰、高效地与不同背景的同事协作，共同推动项目目标达成。 加分项 (Bonus Points) - 实践经验丰富：有基于Dify、Coze或从0搭建或深度参与AI Agent/Chatbot应用的经验，或有丰富的对话机器人、虚拟角色调优经验。 - 数据分析达人：能熟练使用SQL、Python（Pandas、NumPy）进行数据提取与分析，习惯用数据验证假设、驱动决策；了解LLM-as-Judge等评估方法者优先。 - 漫画/插画创作经验：有漫画创作、插画、故事板或影视分镜经验，能独立完成分镜设计或角色设定者优先。 - 图像生成模型深度玩家：长期使用图像生成工具进行风格化创作，熟悉LoRA、ControlNet等控制手段者优先。
