1. 负责 AI 互动漫画的内容品类探索，判断不同品类适合怎样的故事结构、分镜语言和视觉呈现。 2. 定义 AI 互动漫画的理想态和内容质量标准，建立优秀分镜、视觉表现及内容呈现的标杆案例。 3. 使用 AI 工具制作和验证内容样本，持续评估生成结果，沉淀分镜规范、质量标准及典型 Good/Bad Case。 4. 与产品、设计及 AI 策略团队协作，将内容和审美标准转化为明确的产品要求与评测标准，推动生成效果持续提升。 5. 根据业务需要参与用户试玩、反馈收集、创作者沟通等内容运营工作，为品类判断和内容标准提供真实用户输入。

1. 对漫画内容有长期、深入的理解，是漫画或相关文娱内容的深度消费者；有漫画内容策划、编辑、分镜、插画或相关经验者优先。 2. 具备较强的分镜审美和视觉表达能力，能够判断关键画面如何选择、剧情重点如何呈现，以及一段故事怎样转化为有效的漫画分镜。 3. 理解基本的故事结构、人物关系和情绪节奏，能够判断不同内容品类的特点及目标用户偏好。 4. 能够亲自完成内容样本、分镜方案或视觉案例，并将个人审美沉淀为清晰、可执行的内容标准。 5. 对 AI 内容创作有兴趣，愿意使用 AI 工具进行大量测试，能够分辨生成结果的好坏并提出具体改进意见；不要求具备深度技术背景。 6. 自驱、开放，愿意在早期团队中与产品、设计和 AI 策略同学共同探索新的内容形态。
