1. 经验背景： 拥有5年以上（视职级而定）C端产品设计经验，必须包含内容消费类（如资讯、视频、阅读）、社交或社区类产品。有海外市场（欧美/东南亚/中东等）设计经验者优先。 2. 专业能力： 具备扎实的视觉设计功底与优秀的审美，作品集需体现清晰的设计落地能力，而不仅仅是概念稿。 3. 工具技能： 熟练精通Figma、Protopie等设计工具，并能利用AIGC相关工具提升设计效率，具备产出高保真动态原型进行方案验证的能力。
