1. 负责多模态AI模型（文生图、图编辑、视频生成等）的效果评估与质量把控，建立系统化的评测标准和评测流程 2. 设计并执行模型数据策略——包括训练数据筛选、标注规范制定、数据清洗与增强，推动模型效果持续迭代 3. 搭建Bot自动化评测与数据生产链路，利用Prompt工程和自动化工具提升数据生产效率和质量一致性 4. 与模型研发团队紧密协作，从运营视角提供用户反馈洞察和效果优化方向，协调从数据到模型到产品的全链路闭环 5. 跟踪行业前沿多模态AI产品和技术动态，发现可落地的新玩法和内容形态，快速验证并推动产品化 6. 通过数据驱动的方式验证模型效果改进，设计A/B实验和用户反馈机制，用数据说话

1. 有AIGC模型运营或AI产品运营相关经验，熟悉至少一个多模态AI领域（图像生成、视频生成、语音合成等）的模型能力边界和产品现状 2. 具备数据策略设计能力——能独立完成从数据需求分析、标注体系设计到数据质量管控的全流程工作 3. 熟悉Prompt工程，能设计高质量的Prompt模板和自动化评测方案，有Bot/Agent自动化链路搭建经验 4. 数据敏感度高，善于从用户反馈和模型表现数据中发现问题、提炼优化方向 5. 动手能力强，能自己用AI工具（Claude Code、Cursor、Gemini等）搭建原型和自动化流程，不完全依赖工程师 6. 有从0到1推动模型效果提升的经验，能在资源有限的情况下快速产出成果

加分项 1. 有大模型RL（RLHF/RLAIF）数据策略或对齐相关经验，理解强化学习在模型迭代中的应用 2. 有模型评测体系从0到1搭建的经历，包括自动化评分、人工评测标准设计等 3. 在游戏、短视频、社交产品中有AI功能运营或内容策划经验 4. 有内容创作背景（写作、绘画、视频制作等），对"什么是好内容"有直觉判断力 5. 有创业或独立项目经验，具备在模糊目标下自驱推进的能力
