1. 用户价值分层 × 差异化广告策略：基于用户的预估价值与付费倾向，设计用户级差异化的广告策略，目标是单用户总价值（IAA+IAP）最大化，而不是广告收入单点最大化； 2. 与数据团队共建用户级 IAA 预测模型：定义问题、特征方向与应用场景，推动用户级广告 LTV 预测(pLTV)、订阅倾向预测等模型从建模到落地策略引擎的完整闭环——模型不是报告，是每天在线上做决策的系统； 3. 预测能力反哺买量：将 IAA pLTV 回传至投放渠道，支撑 tROAS 出价、预算分配与 SKAN 转化值方案设计，打通“买量—变现”的价值闭环； 4. 在 AI 聊天核心体验中设计与迭代广告场景(激励视频、插屏、原生等)，量化广告对留存、时长、订阅转化的影响，寻找“广告与订阅左右互搏”的真实权衡； 5. 主流聚合平台（AppLovin MAX、TopOn、AdMob/GAM、LevelPlay 等）的选型与精细化运营：waterfall 与 bidding 混合配置、分国家分形态的底价与分层策略、eCPM 与填充率优化，主导多聚合比价等方案的评估落地； 6. 建立广告侧实验体系与指标口径（结算级收入对账、impression 级数据分析），确保每个策略的收益可度量、可归因； 7. 管理与广告平台/网络的商务技术关系，把控隐私合规（GDPR/CCPA/ATT）与平台政策风险。

1. 5 年以上移动 App 广告变现经验，3 年以上海外市场，操盘过月广告收入百万美元级的产品； 2. 有“千人千面”变现的实战闭环案例：做过用户分层→差异化策略→收益验证的完整链路（比如按付费倾向控制广告频次、分层底价、广告/内购动态分流），能讲清楚分层逻辑、策略设计和最终拿到的收益数字； 3. 能与数据科学团队共建预测模型：深刻理解 LTV 预测、付费倾向模型的原理与局限，能定义建模目标、验收模型质量、设计模型到策略的应用闭环； 4. 聚合运营是基本功：精通至少两家主流聚合平台，吃透 waterfall + bidding、ILRD、底价策略，了解双聚合/比价类方案的收益与风险； 5. 深刻理解海外广告生态：主流网络特性与政策、T1 与 T2/T3 市场差异、不同广告形态的变现逻辑； 6. 有混合变现（IAA + IAP）经验,能量化两者的相互影响； 7. 数据功底扎实，能自己定义口径、设计实验、读数归因（会 SQL 加分）。

加分项： 1. 在游戏大厂变现中台、广告平台方（聚合/网络/DSP）或头部出海公司做过变现策略引擎/收益管理系统； 2. 有机器学习在变现场景落地的经验（动态频次、动态底价、实时分流决策）； 3. 熟悉 AppsFlyer/Adjust、SKAN 归因体系； 4. 泛娱乐/内容社区/AI 应用出海经验，对 AI 陪伴品类有理解或热情。
