岗位职责 1. 负责站内外创作者的挖掘、建联与招募，拓展 AI 互动、游戏、网文等领域的优质创作者； 2. 负责创作者全生命周期运营，通过活动、激励、社群等方式，提升优质创作者数量、活跃度与持续创作意愿； 3. 围绕平台定位引导内容方向，推动多角色、多场景及宏大世界观等标杆内容产出，探索有潜力的内容品类； 4. 运营 Discord、Reddit 等海外社区，维护创作者关系与社区氛围，促进作品交流、经验分享和作者互助； 5. 持续收集创作需求和用户反馈，梳理创作者在工具使用、内容创作及发布过程中的问题，协同产品、技术团队推动优化。

1. 1 年以上创作者运营、内容运营或社群运营经验，有海外 AI 或游戏产品运营经验优先； 2. 类脑等 AI 社区的深度用户，有角色卡、世界书或预设的实际制作经验，理解创作流程与模型能力边界； 3. 熟悉海外创作者生态及 Discord、Reddit、X 等社区，具备英语读写能力，能够与海外创作者进行日常沟通； 4. 具备良好的内容审美与判断力，能够结合平台定位和用户偏好，识别有潜力的内容品类与优质作品； 5. 具备良好的沟通与执行能力，能够主动拓展渠道、建立并维护创作者关系，持续跟进合作并推动作品产出。
