1. 用户行为与留存分析：通过 cohort、漏斗、路径分析、用户分群等方法，识别流失关键环节与增长机会；拆解“注册 → 关键行为 → 次日回访 → 连续活跃”的 Path to Value，量化不同优化方向的优先级。 2. 用户聊天记录与非结构化数据分析：深入分析用户聊天记录、prompt、反馈、评论、投诉、客服记录等非结构化数据，识别用户意图、使用场景、需求痛点、流失原因、转化阻力和高价值行为信号；将文本信息转化为可统计、可追踪、可决策的业务标签和分析结论。 3. AI 分析流程建设：熟练使用 AI 工具提升分析效率，包括批量文本分类、意图识别、样本归纳、标签抽取、case 总结、SQL/Python 辅助开发、分析报告生成等；能把 AI 嵌入日常数据分析 workflow，而不是停留在单次问答使用。 4. 实验设计与验证：主导或参与留存、激活、召回、功能粘性、内容消费、商业化等相关实验；从样本量设计、指标选择、效果评估到复盘归因全流程负责，并结合用户聊天记录解释实验结果背后的真实用户动机。

1. 5年及以上 C 端数据分析经验、方法论扎实，表现优秀也可适当放宽要求。 2. AI 熟练，使用Claude Code和CodeX，或者Cursor 3. SQL 过硬，熟悉窗口函数、复杂聚合、路径分析、分群分析等； 4. 跨团队沟通能力强

加分项： 1. 擅长通过第一性原理思考，抓住事物的本质和潜在的假设 2. 有 AI 产品、社区、内容平台、或聊天类产品，商业化或推荐分析经验。 3. 做过用户聊天记录、prompt、评论、反馈、客服工单等非结构化数据分析。 4. 对 AI 产品用户行为有敏感度，能判断用户真实意图，而不是只看表层点击和留存。
