1. 负责公司核心后端系统的整体架构设计与技术演进，把控技术方向和落地路径 2. 主导微服务体系建设：服务拆分、边界划分、服务治理（注册发现、配置中心、链路追踪、熔断限流） 3. 负责系统稳定性治理：SLO/SLA 制定、容量规划、性能压测、故障演练、降级预案，持续降低线上事故率 4. 主导高并发、高可用架构设计，解决大流量场景下的性能瓶颈与扩展性问题 5. 建立并完善技术规范：编码规范、API 设计规范、代码 review 流程、技术文档体系 6. 推动研发效能提升：CI/CD、可观测性（Logging / Metrics / Tracing）、自动化测试体系建设 7. 技术选型与预研：跟踪业界前沿技术，评估引入成本与收益，为业务发展储备技术能力 8. 培养和指导团队后端工程师，参与关键代码 review，把控代码质量 9. 与产品、前端、算法、运维团队深度协作，从架构层面推动业务目标达成

1. 5 年以上后端开发经验，其中至少 2 年架构设计经验，有过从 0 到 1 或从 1 到 10 的中大型系统架构设计与落地经验；精通主流后端语言中的至少 2 种（Node.js/ Go / Python / Java 等），能够根据业务场景做合理选型；深入理解并发模型、内存管理、GC 原理，能定位并解决底层性能问题，熟练掌握至少一种主流后端框架并理解其设计哲学 2. 精通微服务架构：服务拆分方法论（DDD、Bounded Context）、服务间通信（gRPC / REST / 消息驱动）、分布式事务、最终一致性，熟悉主流服务治理组件与方案（Service Mesh、Istio、Consul、Nacos 等）具备高并发系统设计经验，理解 CAP、BASE 理论，熟悉常见架构模式：CQRS、Event Sourcing、Saga、读写分离、分库分表 3. 有大规模生产系统稳定性治理经验，理解 SRE 方法论，精通熔断、限流、降级、隔离等容错机制，熟悉全链路压测、混沌工程、故障演练体系，具备强大的线上问题定位能力：CPU / 内存 / IO / 网络各层面 profiling 4. 精通至少一种关系型数据库（MySQL / PostgreSQL），深入理解索引、事务、锁、执行计划，具备大表分库分表、数据迁移、读写分离、主从架构实战经验；熟练掌握 Redis（含 Cluster 模式），理解各种数据结构使用场景、持久化机制、缓存穿透 / 击穿 / 雪崩解决方案；熟悉至少一种 NoSQL / 文档型 / 时序数据库；精通至少一种消息中间件（Kafka / RabbitMQ / Pulsar），理解投递语义、分区机制、消费顺序保证，有基于消息驱动构建大规模异步系统的经验 5. 精通 Docker / Kubernetes，理解调度机制、网络模型、存储卷、Operator 模式；熟悉主流云厂商（AWS / GCP / 阿里云）核心服务及可观测性体系（Prometheus / Grafana / Loki / Jaeger / OpenTelemetry），深入理解 TCP/IP、HTTP/2、gRPC、WebSocket 等协议，具备网络问题排查经验（抓包分析、连接池调优、DNS、CDN），具备基本的安全意识：认证鉴权、加密传输、常见 Web 漏洞防护 6. 优秀的技术判断力和技术领导力，能在争议中做出合理决策并推动落地，出色的沟通与技术表达能力，能与产品、业务、上下游团队高效协同，能写清晰的设计文档、做技术分享，强 owner 意识，抗压能力强，能在复杂业务环境下保持稳定输出
