2. 参与广告创意策略和素材本地化 协助团队研究日本/韩国市场的信息流广告素材，包括 TikTok、Instagram、YouTube Shorts 等渠道 分析本地用户更容易被什么样的角色、画面、文案、剧情钩子吸引 协助优化广告文案、视频脚本、素材方向和本地化表达

3. 参与模型回复质量评估 测试 AI 角色在日语/韩语场景下的回复质量 判断模型回复是否自然、符合本地语言习惯和情绪表达方式 标注模型回复中的问题，比如语气生硬、表达不自然、角色崩坏、关系推进不合理、文化不贴合等
