1. 负责公司核心产品推荐系统相关后端业务的设计与开发； 2. 负责推荐系统核心能力的工程实现与维护，包括但不限于召回、排序、策略配置、推荐结果服务化等； 3. 与算法、产品、数据团队协作，将推荐策略与模型高效、稳定地落地到线上系统； 4. 支持推荐系统的效果迭代，包括 A/B 实验、策略调整与效果数据分析； 5. 按照团队规范编写高质量、可维护的代码，并参与 Code Review。

1. 语言能力： 熟练掌握 Golang 语言，深入理解其并发模型（Goroutine / Channel）、内存管理与 GC 机制，有扎实的高并发编程实践。 2. 数据库与缓存： 精通 MySQL/PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库的索引设计、性能调优及分库分表策略。 3. 精通 Redis 等缓存中间件，熟悉多级缓存架构及缓存穿透、雪崩、击穿等场景的解决方案。 4. 消息队列： 熟悉 Kafka / RocketMQ 等消息中间件的使用，理解其高可用架构、消费积压处理及消息一致性保障。 5. 推荐领域： 了解推荐系统基本工作流程（召回 粗排 精排 重排/策略）；了解 A/B 测试原理 6. 架构设计： 具备良好的系统设计能力

加分项： 1. 有大型互联网高并发推荐/广告/搜索系统工程落地经验者优先。 2. 熟悉矢量数据库或图数据库在向量检索召回中的应用。
