1. 负责 AI 产品的整体质量保障，覆盖功能、接口、客户端及核心业务链路测试，把控版本交付质量。 2. 参与或推动测试流程优化与自动化建设，持续提升测试效率、交付稳定性与产品体验。 3. 结合业务场景制定测试策略，识别核心风险，推动产品、研发、算法等团队协作，确保质量目标落地。 4. 对 AI 产品有理解，熟悉或愿意深入探索大模型应用、AIGC、智能对话等场景下的质量评估方法 5. 沉淀测试方法、工具实践与质量标准，帮助团队建立可复用的质量保障能力。

1. 1年以上测试经验，参与或主导过复杂度较高的项目，能够独立负责一条产品线或核心模块的质量保障。 2. 具备一定开发能力，能够参与用户反馈问题的排查、定位、修复跟进与结果闭环。 3. 交付能力扎实，不局限于用例执行，能够结合业务目标提出可落地的测试方案并推动实施。 4. 理解 AI 产品特性，能够将大模型应用、AIGC、智能对话、推荐系统等场景转化为测试策略与评估方法。 5. 熟悉常用测试工具与流程，具备自动化测试能力，掌握 Python、Bash 等至少一种脚本语言。 6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，踏实负责，能够适应快节奏、快速迭代的工作环境。

加分项： 1. 有 C 端 AI 产品测试或深度使用经验，如大模型应用、AIGC、智能对话、推荐系统等。 2. 有 C 端 AI 产品从 0 到 1 的质量体系搭建经验。 3. 有 FDE、全栈测试或测试开发方向的职业规划，愿意从传统测试向工程化、自动化、平台化能力发展。
