1. 头部创作者留存与经营：建立头部创作者的识别、分级、健康度监控与流失预警机制； 2. 定义流失信号，设计挽回与长期绑定手段（专属权益、优先分发、创作者关系维护），对头部创作者的活跃率与产出连续性负责； 3. 新人创作者冷启与进阶：拆解"注册 → 首个角色 → 首次被消费 → 第二个角色"的完整漏斗，定位当前留存下滑根因，通过创作工具、模板、引导和首发流量扶持提升转化； 4. 创作者激励体系设计：设计并迭代流量激励、榜单与荣誉、创作者分成等机制，把平台的内容缺口（题材、语种、地区）转化为创作者愿意接的任务，用激励引导供给结构而非单纯放量； 5. 供给质量与结构治理：与内容运营共同持续优化定义"什么是好内容"，并把标准前移到创作侧——在创作、发布、审核环节引导创作者产出可被消费的角色； 6. 治理长尾无效供给，优化公开/推荐的准入机制； 7. 创作者分层数据体系：设计创作者侧埋点与指标体系（创作者分层、生命周期状态、流失预警、激励 ROI），独立完成数据分析并输出洞察与决策建议； 8. 跨团队协同：与内容运营、推荐/模型、工程团队协同，推动创作工具与激励产品落地，负责创作者生态相关 PRD 输出与项目复盘。

1. 3 年以上创作者生态 / UGC 平台 / 社区运营经验，对创作者分层运营与激励机制有成体系的方法论； 2. 具备数据分析能力，能在 AI 工具协助下独立完成漏斗拆解、分层分析和实验评估； 3. 是重度内容消费者或创作者本人，对动漫 / IP / 小说 / AI 二创等有浓厚兴趣，有角色扮演类产品经验加分； 4. 有与创作者直接打交道的经验（社群、KOL 关系、创作者访谈）优先； 5. 能看懂基本英文内容，愿意接触海外创作者社区与内容趋势； 6. 执行力强，有从 0 搭建激励机制或创作者体系并推动落地的经验优先。
