岗位描述： 我们正在寻找一位真正懂用户、懂业务、懂商业化的商业化策略运营，负责产品内付费用户全生命周期运营，围绕订阅、代币、高阶模型、付费功能、高价值用户和流失召回等方向，持续建立严谨的商业化运营体系。并最终对用户 ARPU、LTV、付费转化、续费和高价值用户增长负责。

1. 负责付费用户全生命周期运营，提升 ARPU、LTV、付费转化、续费和复购。 2. 基于用户行为、付费路径、AI 分析和业务数据，识别不同用户群体的付费动机和流失原因。 3. 针对高潜用户、订阅用户、高价值用户、大 R 用户、价格敏感用户和流失用户，制定差异化运营策略。 4. 负责订阅权益、代币消耗、高阶模型、付费功能、Paywall、站内信、push、营收活动等商业化场景的策略设计和落地。 5. 定期拆解营收目标，设计增长实验和活动方案，推动产品、AI、数据、增长、内容等团队协作。

1. 有商业化运营、付费用户运营、会员运营、收入增长、游戏运营、社区 / 内容平台商业化等相关经验。 2. 具备强业务拆解能力，能够从收入目标中拆出关键杠杆，而不是只堆运营动作。 3. 具备强用户洞察能力，能理解用户行为背后的付费动机、情绪需求和流失原因。 4. 熟悉 ARPU、ARPPU、LTV、付费率、续费率、退订率、复购率等核心指标。 5. 具备 AI 协作意识，能够使用 AI 进行用户分层、行为分析、策略生成和复盘。 6. 有强执行力，能够把策略拆成清晰方案，并推动跨部门落地。 7. 对海外 2C 产品、AI 产品、订阅制产品、虚拟币体系或高价值用户运营有兴趣和理解。
