The posting

1. 负责 Emochi Web 产品规划和增长目标 （1）独立负责 Web 端产品 roadmap； （2）明确 Web 在 SEO、自然流、广告承接、内容分发、订阅转化、用户召回中的定位； （3）对 Web 端访问、注册、开聊、留存、付费、订阅、收入等核心指标负责。

2. 搭建 Web 用户增长链路 （1）优化落地页、角色详情页、注册登录、onboarding、首聊体验等关键路径； （2）提升用户从访问到注册、从注册到开聊、从开聊到留存的转化效率； （3）结合 SEO、社媒、KOL、投放等不同来源，设计差异化流量承接策略。

3. 负责 Web 商业化增长 （1）优化 paywall、订阅页、定价页、权益说明、支付流程和购买后体验； （2）提升 Web 端付费转化率、订阅转化率、ARPU 和收入贡献； （3）分析付费链路流失原因，推动产品和运营策略优化； （4）协同 App 端商业化策略，判断 Web 转化和 App 导流的最优路径。

4. 负责数据分析和增长实验 （1）建立 Web 核心漏斗和指标体系； （2）通过数据发现注册低、首聊弱、paywall 转化差、付费后留存差等问题； （3）设计 A/B test 和增长实验，持续优化关键转化指标； （4）推动埋点、漏斗、留存、归因和收入分析完善。

1. 有成熟产品 Owner 能力：3 年以上产品经验，有 Web 产品、增长产品、商业化产品、内容产品经验优先；能独立负责一个产品方向，从目标拆解、方案设计、项目推进到上线复盘完整闭环；不只是写 PRD，而是能定义问题、拆解指标、推动结果。

2. 有用户增长或商业化经验：熟悉注册转化、激活、留存、召回、付费转化等增长链路；有落地页优化、onboarding、A/B test、paywall、订阅、定价、支付流程经验优先；能理解收入增长，不只看转化率，也关注 ARPU、LTV、退款率、续订和用户质量。

3. 数据能力强：能独立看数据、拆漏斗、做归因、判断问题优先级；熟悉 PV、UV、注册率、开聊率、留存率、付费率、ARPU、LTV 等指标；能基于数据提出产品假设，并通过实验验证。

4. 理解海外用户和内容产品：有海外产品经验优先；理解 AI 聊天、AI Character、社交娱乐、内容平台、互动剧情、订阅产品优先；能从用户心理出发，判断什么内容、页面和付费理由更容易打动用户。

5. AI Native 和强执行力：熟练使用 AI 工具提升竞品分析、需求拆解、PRD、文案、用户反馈分析和复盘效率；适应创业公司节奏，能在不确定中快速判断、快速试错、快速推进；有强 owner 意识，对 Web 增长和收入结果负责。
