📌 Sobre o cargo

Você será responsável por analisar, desenvolver e dar suporte às soluções de TI da empresa, com foco em melhorias no ERP Sankhya, manipulação de dados em banco SQL, apoio ao desenvolvimento em Java e construção de relatórios e dashboards de Business Intelligence, assegurando o cumprimento das normas e boas práticas internas.

📋 Responsabilidades

  1. Analisar, parametrizar e prestar suporte funcional no ERP Sankhya;
  2. Executar consultas, análises e manutenções em bancos de dados SQL;
  3. Desenvolver e apoiar na manutenção de rotinas em Java;
  4. Criar, atualizar e manter relatórios e dashboards de BI;
  5. Prestar suporte técnico presencial aos usuários internos;
  6. Identificar, analisar e solucionar incidentes e problemas técnicos;
  7. Documentar processos, rotinas e procedimentos da área de TI;
  8. Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas e normas de segurança da informação;
  9. Propor melhorias nos sistemas e processos tecnológicos.

🎓 Requisitos

  1. Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;
  2. Conhecimento em SQL;
  3. Conhecimento em Java;
  4. Experiência ou conhecimento no ERP Sankhya;
  5. Conhecimento em Business Intelligence;
  6. Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais;
  7. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.
