📌 Sobre o cargo

Você será responsável por coordenar as operações comerciais em nível nacional, liderando a equipe de vendas, acompanhando resultados e implementando estratégias para expansão de mercado, aumento da rentabilidade e fortalecimento do relacionamento com clientes.

📋 Responsabilidades

  • Coordenar e acompanhar a equipe comercial, promovendo o desenvolvimento dos funcionários e garantindo o atingimento das metas;
  • Elaborar e executar estratégias comerciais voltadas para o crescimento das vendas e expansão de mercado;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), faturamento, margem, rentabilidade e produtividade da equipe;
  • Desenvolver planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados comerciais;
  • Realizar negociações estratégicas com clientes e parceiros comerciais;
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e expansão da carteira de clientes;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Marketing, Logística, Financeiro e Operações para garantir excelência no atendimento ao cliente;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados à diretoria;
  • Acompanhar tendências de mercado, concorrência e oportunidades de crescimento;
  • Representar a empresa em visitas comerciais, reuniões, feiras e eventos, com disponibilidade para viagens frequentes em todo o território nacional e, quando necessário, internacionais.

🎓 Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em coordenação ou liderança de equipes comerciais;
  • Vivência em planejamento estratégico, gestão de indicadores e desenvolvimento de negócios;
  • Experiência em negociações comerciais e relacionamento com clientes de médio e grande porte;
  • Domínio do Pacote Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas CRM e ERP será considerado um diferencial;
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente;
  • Espanhol avançado ou fluente;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes em âmbito nacional e internacional;
  • Perfil de liderança, visão estratégica, excelente comunicação, capacidade analítica, habilidade de negociação e forte orientação para resultados.
