Essa pessoa será responsável por desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e expandir a presença da marca no mercado, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento e fortalecimento comercial da Karter.

Você será responsável por prospectar novos clientes, realizar visitas comerciais e garantir o alcance das metas de vendas, promovendo os produtos da Karter com excelência e fortalecendo o relacionamento com a base de clientes da região.

📋 Responsabilidades

  1. Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com clientes atuais e potenciais;
  2. Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios e expandir a base de clientes;
  3. Apresentar, demonstrar e promover os produtos e serviços da Karter Lubrificantes;
  4. Negociar condições comerciais, elaborar propostas e fechar vendas;
  5. Monitorar as atividades da concorrência e reportar tendências e oportunidades à gestão comercial;
  6. Atingir e superar as metas de vendas estabelecidas;
  7. Garantir um atendimento de excelência e representar os valores da marca Karter no relacionamento com o cliente.

🎓 Qualificações

  1. Experiência comprovada em vendas externas;
  2. Excelente comunicação e habilidades interpessoais;
  3. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;
  4. Conhecimento sobre lubrificantes e mercado automotivo (desejável);
  5. Ensino médio completo (superior será um diferencial);
  6. Disponibilidade para viagens na região de Cotia;
  7. Perfil motivado, dinâmico e orientado para resultados.
