  • Beratung von Unternehmen und Steuerkanzleien rund um DATEV-Lösungen
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung kaufmännischer Abläufe
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen

Projekte & Implementierung

  • Einführung und Einrichtung von DATEV-Anwendungen
  • Begleitung von Softwareumstellungen und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung von Unternehmen online und weiteren DATEV-Lösungen
  • Schnittstellenberatung zwischen DATEV und weiteren Unternehmenssystemen

Kundenentwicklung

  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung individueller Lösungsansätze
  • Begleitung von Kunden bei Veränderungs- und Digitalisierungsprozessen
  • Erkennen von Beratungs- und Entwicklungspotenzialen

Wissensaufbau & Weiterentwicklung

  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung im DATEV-Umfeld
  • Austausch mit Kollegen und Fachbereichen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsangebots

Ihr Profil

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Fachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV-Anwendungen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei, Unternehmensbuchhaltung oder DATEV-Beratung
  • Verständnis für kaufmännische Prozesse und Unternehmensabläufe
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

  • Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklären.
