  • Planung, Umsetzung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten (Migrationen, Rollouts, Modernisierungen)
  • Technische Konzeption von IT-Infrastrukturen und Kundenlösungen
  • Third-Level-Support bei komplexen technischen Störungen
  • Technische Eskalationsinstanz für 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
  • Analyse bestehender IT-Umgebungen und Entwicklung von Optimierungsvorschlägen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

Ihr Profil

WAS BRINGST DU MIT?

3rd Level Support

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld (idealerweise Systemhaus / MSP)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server & Client, Microsoft 365 / Azure sowie Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung in Projektarbeit und technischer Konzeption
  • Analytische Denkweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
